During your stay with us, you’ll have access to a range of excellent onsite facilities designed for comfort and relaxation. Unwind after a day of caving adventures in our refreshing swimming pool or soak in the free hot tub. Our modern, fully equipped kitchen and outdoor dining/barbecue area make mealtimes easy and enjoyable. The clean, well-maintained ablution block reflects the high standards you’d expect from any TOP 10 Holiday Park.
While relaxing at the park, guests can enjoy a variety of fun activities. Challenge friends or family to a game of outdoor chess or table tennis or head indoors for some fast-paced air hockey. Kids will love the playground, and for even more excitement, pedal go-karts are available for hire from reception.

2-Bedroom Motel Unit – Sleeps 6
Our spacious 2-bedroom motel units offer comfort and convenience for families or groups. The master bedroom features a Queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom includes two sets of single bunk beds. Each unit includes a private bathroom, TV, DVD player, and a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, stovetop, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee/tea-making facilities, cutlery, crockery, and chopping boards. A comfortable lounge and dining area complete the space. Relax on the private deck with a drink in hand after a day of adventure—perfect for summer evenings or crisp winter nights.
1-Bedroom Motel Unit – Sleeps 4
Ideal for small families or couples, our 1-bedroom motel units are both spacious and cozy. The main living area features a comfortable Queen-sized bed, and a separate bedroom includes a set of single bunk beds. Each unit is well-appointed for a restful and enjoyable stay.
Deluxe Cabins – Sleep 7
Our Deluxe Cabins offer affordable and modern accommodation with beautiful rural views. Each cabin includes a covered deck, a fridge, kettle, and toaster. Beds come with linen for your convenience (towels can be hired). Guests use the nearby communal bathrooms and kitchen facilities. A large grassy area with picnic tables is right outside, perfect for families or groups.
Ensuite Cabins – Sleep 3
Enjoy added comfort in our Ensuite Cabins, featuring a private bathroom, a Queen-sized bed and a single bed (both made up), and towels included. The cabin also has a small kitchen area with a fridge, kettle, and tea/coffee-making facilities, as well as a TV for your entertainment. Unwind on the covered deck with peaceful rural views and make the most of the surrounding green space and picnic areas.
Premium Caravan Sites
Our largest powered sites are ideal for caravans, campervans, or tents. Each site features power and water access, lush grassy ground, and a prime location near the park’s main amenities and pool. These spacious sites are perfect for travellers wanting a premium camping experience.
Grassy Powered Sites
These popular powered sites are perfect for small to medium caravans or tents. With power at each site and water nearby, they offer a great option for groups or families camping together in a relaxed, communal setting.
Motorhome Powered Sites
Specially designed for small to medium-sized motorhomes, these hardstand limestone sites include power and water, plus small grassy areas between each site. Located close to all facilities, they offer a comfortable and practical base (please note: not suitable for caravans or awnings).
Camp Sites
Our classic grassy campsites are located along the outer edge of the park, offering space (at least 7m x 7m per site) and a peaceful atmosphere. A short walk brings you to all key facilities—ideal for groups or traditional campers.
Facilities for All Guests
All guests have access to well-maintained communal facilities including toilets, hot showers, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, and a waste station. Wake to the sound of native birds like tūī and kererū—this is the true tranquillity of Waitomo.

Pet-Friendly Accommodation
We’re happy to welcome dogs at our park by prior arrangement for most of the year. Our pet-friendly sites are available at a rate of $10 per pet, per night.
Please note: Dogs are not permitted from 20th December to 7th February due to the high number of guests over the summer period.
To ensure a comfortable stay for all, we kindly ask pet owners to:
- Keep pets on a leash and under supervision at all times within the park.
- Clean up after their pets and be respectful of fellow campers.
- Note that pets are not permitted inside any park buildings or accommodation units.
