South Island Glacial Mountain Salmon
Our Chinook (or King) salmon are grown in the glacial waters of the Mackenzie Country hydro canals. The constant flow of pristine water makes our salmon firm in flesh, and mild on the palate. Chefs throughout New Zealand enjoy the textural and flavour differences of our glacial mountain salmon.
The new Fish Shop boasts a huge range of fresh, smoked and cured salmon, deli foods, kitchenware and merchandise.
Online ordering for nationwide delivery of fresh NZ salmon is available via the website. If you would like some salmon delivered to your door throughout New Zealand, just place an order via our website.
The Cafe boasts a mouth-watering selection of ready-to-eat foods including sashimi & sushi or order off our kitchen menu. Feed the hungry salmon out on the deck for free (or a donation to the charity of the month). This is available all day, every day and is great fun for all ages.
