Picton Motel Accommodation
We offer a range of motel accommodation options: king and queen studio units, spacious split-level family units and modern two-bedroom units – all fully self-contained.
If privacy is important, our new two-bedroom apartment will cater to your every need. A private BBQ area and spa bath are just two of the many draw cards for this private abode. More information on this apartment is provided below.
- 2 Bedroom Spa Suite – This is a fully self-contained downstairs two-bedroom unit that includes a full kitchen. It has a good-sized bathroom with both a standalone shower, and a spa bath with an overhead shower. This unit has a total of 2 x queens and 2 x single beds. Walking into the unit, you enter the living area with the open plan full kitchen. Maximum Occupancy: 6 guests.
- 2 Bedroom – These 2-bedroom units are fully self-contained downstairs units (accessed via 4 steps leading up to a small patio). These each have a living area with an open plan full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a private bathroom with a shower. One bedroom has a queen bed, and the other bedroom has 2 single beds. These units are located at the rear of the motel next to the playground, and away from the busy street. These rooms have an LCD TV with MySky 50+ Channel. Maximum Occupancy: 4 guests.
- 1 Bedroom Mezzanine – This is a self-contained upstairs one-bedroom unit including a kitchen and bathroom with a total of 1 x queen and 3 x single beds. Walking into the unit, you will see a single and then a queen bed and past the queen bed, the open plan kitchen. The bathroom is next door to the kitchen. There are an additional 2 x single beds in an upstairs mezzanine. Both sleeping areas have 50+ MySky-TV channels. Maximum Occupancy: 5 guests.
- Executive Studio – Ground-floor executive studio with kitchenette facilities, bathroom, outdoor seating and parking in front of the unit. one single bed and one queen size. Maximum Occupancy: 3 guests.
- Queen Studio – Our Queen studios each have a queen bed, fully equipped kitchenette, and private bathroom with a shower. We have three of these room types, and one of them has a wet shower with rails to allow it to be provided as a disability unit when required. The other two rooms have the usual showers with glass doors. Each of these rooms cater for up to 2 persons sharing. These rooms have an LCD TV with MySky 50+ Channels.
- Standard Studio – This unit is located downstairs, and behind our reception. Although it does not present with any real views, the seclusion of this room is sought after by some of our regulars as they enjoy the privacy that this room provides. It is also used as a pet friendly room as it has a tiled floor. This room caters to up to 3 persons, and has a queen bed and a single bed, along with an LCD TV with MySky 50+ Channels.
- Budget Studio – This is a small unit at the entrance of the motel, just before reception. It has a queen bed, fully equipped kitchenette and a private bathroom and shower. It is also used as a pet friendly room as it has a tiled floor. This room is most suited to someone passing through, needing a room for the night. This room has an LCD TV with MySky 50+ Channels. Maximum Occupancy: 2 guests.
