Best for: couples who want that 4×4 traction for New Zealand’s gravel roads and back roads. Designed for capability, not extremity.
A huge 1350mm x 2100mm double bed that’s always ready. Full kitchen (fridge, gas stove, microwave, toaster), 200Ah lithium battery, USB ports and NZ Power sockets, and food-grade plumbing throughout.
MAD EXPLORER – 2 Berth Certified Self-Contained Campervan
Best for: off-grid campers who don’t want to compromise on power or comfort.
The biggest battery in the fleet paired with a 3000W pure sine wave inverter, 250W solar, induction cooktop, outdoor rinse-off hose for sandy feet, TV for rainy-day Netflix, and a lockbox for your passport. This is the “go further, stay longer” camper.

NoMAD – Solo Traveller, Certified Self-Contained
Best for: solo travellers who want total control of their route – and their budget.
Smaller footprint, lower daily rate, lower fuel use, lower carbon footprint – without sacrificing comfort. Full kitchenette, a proper single bed (2000mm x 680mm), room to stand at 1900mm, and enough storage to actually pack for the trip. Go where you want, stay as long as you like, answer to no one.
