Each of the 10 Villas are beautifully appointed, fully equipped to a high standard, self-contained and serviced daily.
All villas at Vintners Retreat feature patio dining and barbeques, spa baths, super king beds that can be split to create twin beds, free WiFi, SKY TV 50+ Channels, and full laundry facilities.
You have four Villa accommodation styles to choose from:
Stable
Open plan, modern and stylish, the split level Stables have 2 large bedrooms, and both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. With the open plan mezzanine style master bedroom upstairs and the second bedroom beneath, these Villas are perfect for small families or couples.
Lodge
Spacious and stylish, the Lodges are single level Villas with 2 bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms. The Lodges feature a large kitchen, dining area and living area. Perfect for staying in and entertaining yourself!
Manor
These fabulous Villas boast stunning views of the Richmond Ranges and place you right next to Marlborough’s famous grapes! Spacious, private, peaceful. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, a large shared bathroom and a sheltered rear facing patio that overlooks an expanse of vines. Downstairs is the large kitchen, living and dining areas and second bathroom.
Three Bedroom Lodge
The 3 Bedroom Lodges are single level Villas with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, and the second bathroom features the spa bath. They feature a large kitchen, dining area and living area, and are situated on the ‘Back Row’ of Vintners Retreat, offering stunning views and vines just meters away!

Vintners Retreat Facilities
Within the four acre grounds there is a 12 metre solar heated swimming pool, tennis court, boules strip and croquet sets for guests’ use. We also have a play-hut to keep our younger visitors amused.
Minutes away are some of New Zealand’s best wineries and fabulous restaurants, and the Wairau River stop bank provides an excellent opportunity for more active pursuits such as cycling, walking and running.
