Deluxe Cottage
Our Deluxe Cottage is just a short walk to Jacobs Ladder, our very own private beach with stunning views of the coast. The cottage has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a single bed and set of bunk beds. The Cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, with a washing machine, just like home. Bathroom facilities with all towels and bedding provided. Includes a flat screen TV and air conditioning in the lounge area to make for a comfortable stay. The generous lounge area also doubles as a dining space. The cottage is serviced daily and is a non-smoking area.
Self-Contained Unit
Our Self-Contained Units have a small deck to enjoy the morning sun and have two rooms, one with a double bed and the other with a set of bunk beds. These units include a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom facilities. All bedding and towels are supplied. In the comfortable lounge area there is a flat screen television with Sky TV and air conditioning for your comfort. These units are serviced daily and are a non-smoking area.
Kitchen Cabin
Our Kitchen Cabins are conveniently located close to the facilities and have two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a set of bunk beds. These units have a small kitchenette with a double gas cooktop and small fridge. These units have a small lounge area which includes a dining table, 2-seater couch and bean bags. Has a flat screen television and an air conditioning unit for your comfort. All bedding and towels are provided. Not serviced but towel swap is available from reception. The Kitchen Cabins are located close to Jacobs Ladder our own private beach and the Cove, an area enjoyed by many.

Camping Sites
Campervan Powered Sites
If you are travelling by Motorhome, Campervan or even a Caravan, we have the perfect site for you. A nice large concrete pad alongside a section of grass, complete with a picnic table. Our powered sites are a short distance to the main facilities block. Our Bbq area is close by, which all guests are welcome to use free of charge. Please note there are no dogs allowed on these sites, other pets are allowed by prior arrangement only. These sites are just a short stroll to Red Beach or Jacobs Ladder
Powered Beach Side Sites
Powered sites for tents (up to 6.5M x 6.5M), campervans and caravans up to 8M. Concrete pad alongside a grass site. Easily accessible power points on each site. Water available on every site. Close to the facilities. Please note there are no dogs allowed on these sites, other pets are allowed by prior arrangement only. 30 meters from the beautiful Red Beach and Red Beach Surf Club that is open to Red Beach TOP 10 guests and the wider community for meals on a Friday night and breakfast on Sunday morning.
Unpowered Sites
8m x 8m grass sites suitable for families, couples or solo travelers. Our fantastic beach is only a stones throw away. Close to our facilities including ablutions, roofed communal BBQ, TV lounge, kids playground & bike track. Please note no pets are allowed on these sites.

Nearby Orewa, Silverdale and Whangaparāoa offer a wide range of shops, cafés and eateries, along with adventure parks and cinemas. Red Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park is also located close to the Red Beach Surf Club, which is open to guests and the wider community for meals on Friday nights and breakfast on Sunday mornings.
Popular day trips include Tiritiri Matangi Island and Albany Shopping Centre, both within easy driving distance.
Dog Policy
Red Beach TOP 10 has a strict no dog policy, Red Beach TOP 10 ask if visitors could leave their dogs at home as we have no dog policy anywhere in the park. Other pets are welcome ONLY into our powered and unpowered sites by prior arrangement.
