Central Otago Location
Millers Flat is half way along the Clutha River named Mata-au by Maori, which flows from Lake Wanaka through Central Otago to the Pacific Ocean. The Clutha has the highest flow rate of all New Zealand rivers. Millers Flat has many fishing spots for brown trout and salmon.
Millers Flat Holiday Park is the perfect place to complete your journey of discovery on the Clutha Gold Trail. We are situated right in the heart of the Trail. The trail is open all year round.

Kitchen Facilities
A large Kitchen newly renovated with 2 new ovens, 2 new fridges, 2 cooktops, 1 new microwave, toasters and a zip hot water system will have you cooking a delicious meal in no time. The kitchen is equipped with a supply of plates, mugs, cutlery and pots if you don’t have your own or forgot something don’t worry. There is a comfy couch and TV after a long day of exploring.
We also have a new outdoor dining area which provides shade and shelter for our campers.
Laundry
Two coin operated washing machines and a dryer on the lower level and one coin operated washing machine and dryer on the upper level.
Playground
Our new Playground is proving to be a hit with both children and parents alike and is situated next to the kitchen at the large facility block.
The Camp Shop
Our shop provides basic grocery items including milk and bread, ice, ice creams, lollies, drinks and some toys and gift items.
Food & Entertainment
Faigan’s Cafe and bar is just a short walk down the street for the most delicious breakfast and lunch. You can also catch some live music and dinner, bookings are essential for live shows and dinners.
Millers Flat Tavern is your quintessential kiwi country pub with service to match it, serving cold beer and great food. If you have a group of people then it is recommended that you make a booking.
Our nearest supermarket is in Roxburgh approximately 15 minutes north of us, so be sure to stock up before you come.
Pets
We are also happy to welcome your four-legged friend, provided that they are well-behaved and respectful of other campers. Our pet friendly facilities are for campers only. No animals are permitted in our cabins and units.
