offers plenty of recreation activities and we advise visitors to
take enough time to do the following: Visit Kowhai children's playground,
Durie Hill Tower, Virginia Lake, Bason Botanic Gardens, Bushy Park
hosting Kiwi birds, Museums, cruise on the Waimarie Paddle Steamer
and have fun on the 15m cable swing at Mosquito Point. We hire kayaks
and do jet boat and scenic flight bookings. Fruit wine is available
at the Windermere gardens made from raspberries and strawberries.
