The apartment is on the beachfront at the thermal spa village of Waiwera, just 30 minutes north of Auckland. It is on the top level with a lovely view out over the Hauraki Gulf to Great Barrier Island. Just walk across the grass to a lovely little beach with enchanting walks. Tuis and bellbirds sing for you while you have breakfast on your own spacious deck.

The apartment's decor has a European ambience, with 3 bedrooms, sleeping for 6, plus a sofa sleeper in the lounge. The kitchen is complete with oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer and of course - a dishwasher and all utensils, crockery etc right down to the coffee plunger

The sunny lounge, dining area and deck all have a panoramic view of the sea, with the benefit of overlooking the pool complex. The pool is thermal and there are private mineral spa pools in the same complex.

The apartment comes complete with TV, DVD and Stereo.
There is a telephone connection for internet and local calls.
