Sarsen
House has a distinctive character and style.
With its medieval air, the main house features large beams, fireplaces,
antique furniture, handcrafted light fittings, and a fascinating
art collection. Guests are most welcome to use the extensive library,
TV and video facilities in the lounge room and to share dinner in
the adjacent dining room.
Separated by a large courtyard, the Guest Wing houses three individually-appointed,
spacious suites, each with private access. The contemporary styling
is most appealing - comfortable, warm, quiet and relaxing.
The six-acre homestead garden is surrounded by deep river gorges
clad in pristine native forest. An open garden for seven months
of the year, it features a cool temperate woodland, park and gardens.
Bruce's Swing Bridge provides access to Long Fields 8 acres of ornamental
trees and beyond to hills of plantation timbers, a natural pond,
bushland and fascinating streams for the intrepid explorer.
