Sea Breeze is
the ideal gateway location from which to explore the eastern Coromandel.
Located at Whenuakite, midway between Whitianga and Tairua, just
10 minutes drive to Hot Water Beach (free spades for digging your
own hot pool!), Hahei Beach and Cathedral Cove Walkway, where some
scenes of The Chronicles of Narnia movie "Prince Caspian"
were filmed.
We are only
15 minutes to Cooks Beach, Ferry Landing and the pedestrian ferry
to Whitianga, and only 5 minutes from the Coroglen Tavern which
holds lots of great summer concerts. Sea Breeze is an excellent
base to explore and tour the whole Coromandel
Peninsula.

Cowree Lodge
Backpackers - Previously our dairy shed, we have completely
revamped and purpose built the extension to create accommodation
for 24 people in 7 bedrooms. The lodge has a pleasant, sunny lounge
with easy access to a large covered outdoor area with BBQ, large
self catering kitchen and separate dining with panoramic rural views,
separate male/female bathroom facilities, laundry, bag/bike storage
all available.
