Panorama Motel is a 22-unit complex comprising of a mixture of studio,
1-bedroom and 2-bedroom ensuite smokefree units.
Each
unit opens out onto either a patio area with outdoor seating or
onto its own private balcony.
Off-street
parking is available, large enough for campervans, minibuses, as
well as boats and trailers.
Parking for the first floor accommodation is directly behind the
units with level access to every room.
Each studio and motel unit includes:

Features
- A
safe, sandy, swimming beach is just across the road from the Panorama
Motel. It is very popular in the summer time for a number of water
sport activities or simply for cooling off!
- Adjacent
to this and also in front of the motel is a vast area of rock
pools that is exposed at low tide.
- Another
fascinating natural feature is at the rear of the accommodation
complex. It is a 60 metre high limestone cliff which is the home
for many birds.
- The
motel complex is situated near the stunning walking track that
can be taken around the Kaikoura Peninsula.
- An
excellent restaurant and pub are less than a 7 minute walk from
the motel.
- The
central business district is 20 minutes walk along the waterfront
from the Panorama Motel.
