Itinerary Instructions

These instructions apply to each stop in your itinerary. Each stop has 5 categories of Tourism Operators that you can make enquiries to.

1. Firstly, choose a Tourism category (Accommodation, Transportation, Activities, Dining & Functions, Tours) in the horizontal tab menu

2. Next you can select the various tourism operators you would like to make enquries to by selecting the checkbox next to their name. Also each provider has an info link. Click this link to view more info about that provider

3. Each Tourism category has sub-categories that appear horizontally. For example, Accommodation has Bed & Breaksast, Luxury Lodges etc. To select a sub-category simply click on it's name.

4. Under each Tourism Category ie (Accommodation, Transportation, Activities, Dining & Functions, Tours) there is an enquiry form for you to fill out.

5. Each category has a different form relating to that category. For example, the Accommodation form is sent to Accommodation operators only. The Tours enquiry form goes to Tour Operators and so on.

6. Once you have finished with a particular stop you then click the red "NEXT STOP" button above to go to the next stop

7. Repeat the process for each stop until you get to the last stop.

8. Once all stops are completed you are presented with a confirmation screen for you to check before you make your bulk enquiry to the Tourism Operators. You need to fill in appropriate contact information ie name, email etc so that the Tourism Operators can provide pricing to you

9. After you have made your enquiry you will receive an email summarising your enquiry
