Julz and Lutz welcome you to the Otago Peninsula Seaside Cottages in Broad Bay, located on Portobello Road, being the scenic drive from Dunedin to the Otago Peninsula. We offer a choice of 4 self-contained units with stunning views and conveniently located halfway between Dunedin (20min) and the Royal Albatross Colony (20min). These include the two-bedroom modern-style "The Lodge"; the one-bedroom "The Cottage" with its old-world charm; and the two modern-style "Fern Cottages" with their own fern grove. All houses have beautiful water views. All are ensuited and a private haven with breathtaking views over the Otago Harbour. A continental breakfast is supplied or you can choose a specialty breakfast as an optional extra. There is onsite parking for 3 units and safe parking on the street for the other unit.

It is only a 20-minute drive to enjoy the city life of Dunedin with its cafés and galleries, shops and museums, its theatres and entertainment. Then come home to these fully self-contained and private havens, relax and enjoy the breathtaking views of Otago Harbour.
The kitchens invite you to cook up a storm (their cupboards are well stocked with spices and herbs, oils and vinegars, etc), or you might choose to dine out at the nearby restaurants. All places come with fresh coffee and teas, muesli and cereals, milk and honey. A scrumptious Special Breakfast Hamper can be delivered to you for an extra charge. The airport is approximately a 35-minute drive from Broad Bay via the southern motorway.
