Split Apple Lodge B&B, KAiteriteri Beach is nestled amongst five acres of bush just ten minutes from either beautiful Kaiteriteri Beach or the splendour of Abel Tasman National Park.
A B&B With Your Own Living Area
At 100 metres above sea level we have breathtaking views from every window, and of course are tsunami safe. Emphasis is placed on tranquillity, and we maintain a pet and children free environment to ensure the comfort of our guests. There is a separate guest entrance, lounge, dining area and private decks to enjoy the sun.
Breakfast & Other Meals
Breakfast is continental with meals supplied during the winter months. There are several good restaurants open in summer, ten minutes away in either Kaiteriteri or Marahau. Our rates vary from $180 to $210 per room.

Lodge Facilities
With 6 bedrooms including one disabled room, our lodge can accommodate 12 guests in total. All rooms have ensuites. Spectacular views of either the sea or the mountains from every room. Our rooms have queen beds with goose down duvets and duck down & feather pillows. 3 rooms also have king single beds. All rooms have ceiling fans, hair dryers, heaters, electric blankets and clock radios.

Guests separate lounge and dining area with tea and coffee facilities. Wireless, broadband, internet access and fax. We accept Mastercard or Visa. Full laundry facilities. Guest TV, CD, and DVD Player. Storage for cars, packs etc.
Walks in the newly established garden featuring “The Pod” an interactive Oamaru stone sculpture to sit in. Facilities are offered for weddings and corporate functions.
The Abel Tasman Region
Abel Tasman National Park is 22,530 ha of native bush, white beaches and clear blue-green water. The coastal track can be walked in 3-5 days with various options for accommodation on the way. Aqua Taxis offer a scheduled service into the park to pick up or drop off trampers.
Kayaking is offered in Marahau and Kaiteriteri, both 10 minutes from the lodge including guided tours, a seal swim and freedom kayaking.
Motueka has an airport where you can enjoy a scenic flight over the Tasman Bay or for the more adventurous, a micro light flight, parachuting or stunt plane rides. Mountain Biking in the newly opened Kaiteriteri Mountain Bike park offers tracks for all levels through beautiful native bush.
Kaiteriteri boasts two fully licensed restaurants and a vegetarian restaurant while Marahau has two licensed restaurants and a take away.
Visit Split Apple Rock or how about a wine tour through some of the excellent local wineries. Why not try a scenic 4x4 motor bike tour, visit the caves on Takaka hill or trout fish in some of the renowned local rivers.
