ALFRED COLES HOUSE - Alfred Coles House is a beautifully restored 100-year-old Victorian villa (built in 1905). The house has a New Zealand Historic Places listing given in 2000. This grand historic residence is a perfect venue for all corporate functions, seminars, product launches, wedding receptions or any social event.

Full catering and accommodation facilities are available on site and we are only 10 minutes from downtown Wellington.  

• Conference Centre - Full conference facilities catering for up to 80. Overhead projector, video and whiteboards are all available on site. The prefect venue for a live in conference.
• Weddings & Functions - Alfred Coles House, a beautifully restored 1905 homestead, is ideal for weddings of up to 60 people. With two gracious reception rooms and a superb house bar, it?s ideal for both the wedding ceremony and reception.

Guests can stay on site in Settlers Motor Lodge, which is part of the same property. For convenience, many brides choose to hire an accommodation suite for themselves and their bridesmaids on the day of the wedding. We will provide a full-length cheval mirror in your room for the occasion.
