Pollen Nutrition - A complete food has been defined as a foodstuff that helps provide the nutrients necessary for life and health.

UMF® Manuka  Honey - All honey has a glucose-oxidase enzyme introduced by the bee to the honey which slowly releases an anti-septic at a level effective against bacteria but not tissue damaging.  

It was discovered that some Manuka honeys, have another property that takes over when the hydrogen-peroxide stops working, thus giving it additional bacteria inhibiting abilities. It is this additional Factor known as the Unique Manuka Factor or UMF® that separate Mossops Manuka UMF® honey from standard table Manuka honey. UMF® is the registered trademark of the Active Manuka Honey industry group, or AMHA. It is tested, registered honey to help support the natural immune defences. A jar of Mossop’s UMF honey contains 100% pure New Zealand Manuka Honey

Beeswax - Do you want to make your own candles? Our beeswax is perfect for it!
Beeswax is used for making candles, in furniture and shoe polishes, cosmetics, soaps and balms. It is the building block of the beehive, where it is secreted by the worker bee from the wax glands under her abdomen. On contact with the air the wax hardens and forms scales. Using her hind legs the bee removes the scales of wax and passes them up to her jaws where it is chewed before being placed on the honey comb.
