The apartments are located above Nelson's stunning premium view "The Cut" in an area the locals call the Port Hills.
It's a short walk down the hill to Nelson's renown waterfront dining strip, a 5 minute drive into the Nelson city centre.
Both morning and evening, enjoy outdoor living in beautiful gardens which abound with birdlife. Brilliant sunsets are seen from the house, which faces the West.
You can choose from three fully self contained apartments. A 3 bedroom apartment occupies the entire top floor: 2 & 1 bedroom are on the floor below.
All:
- are heated & cooled with reverse cycle systems (heatpumps)
- lounges have TV/AV equipment
- bedrooms have TVs
- bathrooms have heated towel rails & hair-dryers
- have off street parking
- have their own laundry facilities - washing machine and drier
- are furnished with comfortable couches and chairs.
Portable single bed available in any apartment.
