Magnificent lake and mountain views, with indoor thermal pool, this sunny, 3 bedroom fully furnished house is down a right-of-way, leading to a large private garden. The garden is on two levels with the lower level being a large lawn, great for kids games etc.

We have a modern, natural indoor hot water pool with thermal water pumped up from the hot springs of Taupo. This is a real bonus in winter and great in summer as well.

Clear views of snow covered peaks of Mt Ruapehu and Mt Ngaruahoe and panoramic lake views stretch from the mountains to the township of Taupo. Beautiful sunsets and the most romantic location.

Warm and sunny all day with open plan living, fully equipped kitchen, gas fire and plenty of heating. Great sitting outdoor areas both front and back providing sheltered outdoor living at all times. Barbeque and outdoor heater provided.

Within easy walking distance of Two Mile Bay boat ramp, the Lion's Walk and the Botanical Gardens. Five minute drive to Taupo Township with excellent shopping centre, cafes, bars and restaurants. Linen hire available at extra cost if necessary. Cleaning fee of $50
