You’ll find The Hobnail café on site here at Fox Glacier Guiding. You know the food must be good when there are as many locals as visitors dining - it’s certainly a popular dining and coffee spot.
Wander in and our friendly and helpful staff will tempt you with the delicious breakfast or lunch menus. Our scrumptious homemade baking is made fresh on the premises everyday, and the delicatessen style food is perfect for a casual lunch, or food on the run. Meals can be made to order if you need to take away, or if you have a little more time to savour the flavour, enjoy in our cosy café either inside, or outside, and lap up the sun. We are licensed too, so enjoy a beer or a glass of wine at the café with your meal. We also offer vegetarian meal options if you prefer.
Fresh, delicious Bruno Rossi coffee, smoothies and milkshakes are all made to order and our special lunch combo meal is designed for you to take with you on your ice adventures, so be sure to drop in if you’re heading up the Fox Glacier.
If you have a large group, you’re most welcome, just pre-arrange with us, so we know to expect you.
The Hobnail Café is Open from 7.30am daily, which is very convenient if you’re getting your day underway early. Come in and see us!
