For those wanting to be close to the city during their stay the Apartments on Manor is within walking distance to the Dunedin CBD and shopping centre. Our new Garden Side Serviced Rooms have seen a classic Dunedin colonial Villa take a stunning transformation into 7 modern serviced rooms. Garden Side Serviced Rooms are located on Duke Street, bordering the Beautiful Dunedin Botanical Gardens, a great place for relaxing or just taking a walk. Some rooms look out over the gardens and the waters of the Leith. Others face towards the motels; all rooms however are away from the main road and are nice and quiet.
