Welcome you to our home. On arrival you will be greeted with 'afternoon tea', some fresh baking and a friendly chat.

We are down-to-earth Kiwi's with only one thing in mind, making this your home a way from home. We have six years experience in the B & B industry and have made many friends over that time.

Our Bed and Breakfast consists of a queen room, a twin room and self contained studio. A full continental breakfast is included in the tarrif.

We are centrally located only 5 minutes to the shops and a wonderful range of restaurants where your taste buds will be catered for then home to a comfy bed ready for your next days activities.

Bed and Breakfast Homestay Accommodation
  • The main guest room named ‘The Jasmine Room’ has a queen size bed and TV.
  • The second guest bedroom has two single beds.
  • The guest bathroom has a shower, spa bath, basin and toilet.
  • You have your own guest lounge with tea and coffee making facilities, fridge and filtered water.

Self-contained studio

  • Attached to the house is a self-contained studio with kitchen, washing machine and dryer, gas hot water heating.
  • The studio has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, television, your own private garden setting.
  • Studio guests join us for breakfast.
  • All guests are welcome to relax with a beverage in our BBQ area set within our garden courtyard.
Collinson’s Apartment

Our newly completed apartment is of a contemporary design, with a flavour for the past. Built to provide all your needs winter and summer. It is set within our established garden, with its own private barbeque area and car parking.

The apartment is in a private location and all the facilities are brand new.

The apartment has beautiful views of our mountains and lake from the balcony and restaurants and shops are only minutes away
