Newly built Luxury Boutique Lodge offering Bed and Breakfast accommodation set in two acres of grounds on the slopes of Mount Ngongotaha in the beautiful city of Rotorua. 

We offer luxury accommodation at affordable prices.  With just 3 guest rooms we can offer privacy and peace and quiet and all prices include continental and cooked breakfasts daily.  Breakfasts consist of: fresh fruit, home-made yoghurts, selection of cereals, fruit juice, toast/fresh bread rolls with a selection of home-made jams and peanut butter, and of course tea or coffee.  Then your choice of cooked breakfast: bacon, sausage, eggs, tomato, fried potato and mushrooms.  Most guests do not need to stop for lunch which means you can make the most of your time sightseeing.  

We have spectacular views of the countryside and city itself but are only 8 minutes from the city centre.

We have been in the accommodation industry in Rotorua since 2004 and welcome the chance to help you plan the most from your trip.  Please feel free to ask for advice on attractions and restaurants – bookings can be made by your hosts on request.  We are here to assist you and help you make the most of your time in our beautiful city.

City Lights Boutique Lodge is complete luxury with great facilities:

• Outdoor Spa – best enjoyed in the winter months – nothing is better after a hard day’s sightseeing or mountain biking than a long luxurious soak in the spa under the stars overlooking the lights of Rotorua City.
  
• Outdoor entertainment area – our large covered patio has a large table and chairs for you to enjoy the summer breezes and perhaps a glass of wine to wind down after a busy day. You will also be able to enjoy the spectacular views and watch all the lights of the city come on.
  
• Gym and Infrared Sauna – for those of you with extra energy to burn our small gym offers a treadmill, cross-trainer, exercycle, Lateral thigh trainer, dumbbell set and Infrared Sauna for that all important warm down. 
  
• Our dedicated Guest Lounge is purely for guest use with 42” Plasma TV with Sky, leather lounge suite with recliners, real fire for those cosy nights in, library of books, Guest computer station with free broadband internet as well as WiFi internet for those guests with their own laptops/portable devices. 
  
• We have his & hers mountain bikes in our garage for any guests that fancy a bit of a bike ride – all free of charge – Helmets provided also.
  
• Ample parking spaces for cars/boats/trailers etc.  If you are bringing boats or trailers please let us know beforehand so that we can allocate appropriate space. We even offer garage parking if you have a special vehicle that you want in a secure garage – small charge.
