Our accommodation offers two modern, comfortable apartment style rooms both with stunning views overlooking the Havelock marina and beyond.
The luxury apartments have king size beds, a comfortable sitting area and a small kitchen with a complimentary bottle of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc in your fridge.

Situated between Picton and Nelson, Havelock is a great location to explore local attractions and activities. From Havelock you can discover the entire Top of the South as it is all within an easy driving distance.
Explore the breathtakingly beautiful Marlborough Sounds with your hosts Chris and Philippa on board their water taxi. You will see shag colonies, blue penguins, dolphins and even orcas when lucky. We will also take you to mussel farms; a key industry in the Pelorus Sound and Havelock that make it the Greenshell Mussel Capital of the World.
Accommodation
Our accommodation is located right on the edge of the Havelock marina in a slightly elevated position. Two modern, comfortable apartment-style rooms both with stunning views.
The luxury rooms have king size beds and a sitting area with leather upholstered comfy chairs overlooking the Havelock marina and beyond. Free-to-air TV and wireless internet connection . Both apartments have luxurious en suites, one of which has a large spa bath.
Whatever the season, your stay at Channel Lights accommodation will be in comfort owing to under floor heating, radiators and air-conditioning.
Continental Breakfast is supplied in your room, also in your unit is a fridge (with a bottle of Marlborough wine), microwave, jug, toaster, dish drawer and a sink in order for you to make light refreshments if desired.
You can walk right from the front door along the Havelock marina; a very enjoyable 20 minute walk.
Stay a couple of nights to explore the Marlborough Sounds, take in the delights of the Marlborough region, visit Nelson and relax in your comfortable room.
