Cape Estate is a 1000 acre working sheep & cattle farm situated on the rolling Downs surrounding the coastal village of Te Awanga.

It is a family homestead owned by Chris and Marki Nilsson who look after the property after returning home from living overseas.

Cape Estate is a private and tranquil place. With its breathtaking views it is calm and peaceful, however close to the buzz of wineries, restaurants, Golf courses, the City of Napier, the village of Havelock North and the many local activities on offer.

RATES: Quoted in NZ$, subject to change. Minimum 2 night stay.

  • Summer rate (from the beginning of October through to end of April)
    $1200-00 per night. Based on 6 people. Additional guests $100.00 per person per night.
  • Winter rates (from the beginning of May through to the end of September) $950-00 per night. Based on 6 people. Additional guests $85.00 per person per night
  • Prices inclusive of GST
  • Children not in cots are charged at the normal rate.
  • The above price includes breakfast provisions and a complementary bottle of Clearview wine.
  • Catering available and should be advised at the time of booking.
