Five quality ensuite rooms all with superb views from your balconies overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Seaward Kaikoura mountain range. Set amongst half an acre of rose gardens and lawns with ample garden furniture to relax on, and a viewing platform – a true photographer's dream! At certain times of the year the dolphins will perform for you in the bay! All within minute's walk to the Kaikoura Township and all local sightseeing attractions.
Our location in the area is very central in a private and secluded street, directly off SH 1 north or southbound.
All recently-built rooms feature full ensuite, tea and coffee facilities, silent fridges, airconditioning, quality Sleepyhead beds, TV, bathrobes, hairdryers, electric blankets, home-baked shortbread and, of course, your own balcony where you can take in the breathtaking views and enjoy the peace and tranquillity our property offers. The Hampden Room on the ground floor has full wheelchair access.
