Abel Tasman National Park: We will book your day trips into the park and advise you on the best options to suit your level of fitness. Kayaking, boating, diving or snorkelling: some areas are part of a marine reserve so it is just look, don’t catch. A visit to the seal colony is a popular visitor attraction. Launches and water taxis will take you to any beach, and pick you up again.
The Nelson region carries the mantel of “Sunny Nelson” with the country’s highest recorded sunshine hours. It also boasts three National Parks and is intensively farmed with hops, pip fruit, berry fruit & kiwifruit.
Home to potters, painters and crafts people – you can watch while some are at work, and a must visit is to Hoglund, world renowned glass blowing studio and the internationally acclaimed World of Wearable Art & Classic Cars Museum.
