Over the past 15 years Lesley and Barry have travelled for pleasure and business to many places around the world, however for them the Bay of Islands, New Zealand, is home.
They are honest, reliable, enthusiastic and wish you to experience the Bay of Islands at its best. They offer a broad range of skills, Maintenance, Sales, Marketing and Property Management - they are members of the Independent Property Managers Association of New Zealand.
Lesley comes from a background of sales and marketing. Barry is a qualified joiner and has worked in the building industry for 35 plus years of which 20 years have been at a senior management level. For 4 years Lesley and Barry jointly managed a luxury lodge in Russell, where the guests comfort, needs and privacy was paramount.

Russell is the perfect holiday destination to base yourself whilst exploring the many activities to choose from - heritage trails throughout the village, a delightful and very informative 1 hour coach tour of historic Russell, coastal & bush walks, the famous flagstaff walk, spend some time at the historic Pompallier house & garden learning about the old ways of tanning and printing, soak up the sun and enjoy the safe swimming beaches, island hopping excursions, big game fishing charters, sailing charters, swimming with the dolphins, sub-sea adventures and the many cafes & licensed restaurants Russell has on offer - there is something for everyone!!
Paihia is located just across the bay via a short passenger ferry ride, or 20 minutes by car ferry. There is an abundance of things to do morning or afternoon. Visit the local souvenir shops, restaurants and cafes, or simply play a round of golf at either Waitangi, Kerikeri & Kauri Cliffs Golf Courses.
As the "Birthplace of the Nation", The Waitangi Treaty Grounds is New Zealand's most historic site, it is where the Treaty of Waitangi was signed between Maori Chiefs and the British Crown on February 6th, 1840. Spend the morning visiting the historic Treaty House or admiring one of the world's largest ceremonial waka (canoe).
Kerikeri is the arts and craft area of the BAY OF ISLANDS with an abundance of shopping, orchards, vineyards, and restaurants. It was recently voted the bst small town in NEW ZEALAND.
