Agrodome offers visitors a fun, interactive and really hands-on experience with Kiwi farming and the opportunity to meet our animals (including goats, cattle, deer, alpacas and ostriches) and take part in our world famous Agrodome Sheep Show!
Organic Farm Tour - Experience the Authentic Working Farm Tour at the Agrodome. It is great fun, educational and very entertaining from start to finish! In one hour, you will tour our pure New Zealand farm in an all-weather, all terrain vehicle.
The Farm Tour is fantastic for children as well as adults as it offers a hands on experience with many exciting close encounters.... you’ll meet animals of all descriptions, including Romney sheep, beef cattle, red and fallow deer, lamas, alpacas, ostrich and emus.
The guided tour shows you all the ins and outs of our 160 hectare farm. We’ll make regular stops along the way so you have a closer look, plus hand-feed and pet the friendly animals. Your friendly, knowledgeable and experienced tour guide will explain everything and answer any questions you might have.
During the Farm Tour, you will also visit our Pure NZ Organic apple, mandarin orange, olive and kiwi fruit orchard. We’ll also stop at the Organic Education Center for kiwifruit juice and honey tasting. 100% pure, 100% New Zealand, not to be missed!
Sheep Show - The Agrodome has grown to be one of New Zealand’s best loved visitor attractions. One of the highlights is a very entertaining, multi-award winning stage show where the presenter gives an exciting and informative insight of agriculture in New Zealand.
The Agrodome Sheep Show is a one-hour performance, presented three times daily in a specially designed auditorium. During the show the audience will see nineteen sheep breeds introduced onto the stage, the art of sheep shearing, sheepdog demonstrations, cow milking, bottle feed lambs and an exciting sheep auction. Audience participation is a major part of the show highlighting the significance of agriculture in New Zealand.

Terms & Conditions
- Sheep Show times are daily at 9.30am, 11.00am and 2.30pm.
- Farm Tours depart daily at 10.40am, 12.10pm, 1.30pm and 3.40pm.
- The duration of each Sheep Show and Farm Tour is 1 hour.
- If the group cancels a reservation prior to their expected arrival, then no cancellation charges will apply. 100% full cancellation fee may apply for "NO SHOW" bookings.
- Child rates apply to children aged 5-15 years. Children aged 0-4 years are F.O.C.
