RIVERSIDE APARTMENT is a new modern stand alone Apartment at the back of the original complex. It is in the best possible location overlooking the Maitai River. Upstairs is a queen size bedroom with private sunny balcony, bathroom with shower over bath and toilet. Downstairs is a twin bedroom, full kitchen, dining room and lounge with outdoor flow to the terrace which is bathed in morning sunshine. There is also a second toilet on this level.
The MAITAI SUITE is at the back of Riverside Apartment and has queen and single beds, all-day sun balcony with views through to the river, separate kitchenette with microwave, bathroom with shower and toilet.
Both the Riverside Apartment & Maitai Suite can be opened up to create a large complex ideal for family groups, 3 couples or business conferences, trade shows etc. They are very spacious and bright with secure off street parking.
