On cool days soak up the winter warmth in your spacious living area with a cosy open fireplace for your indulgence. Take advantage of the indoor/outdoor flow onto the large deck from the kitchen, lounge and bedrooms. While you are entertaining, or relaxing with a glass of our complimentary wine, enjoy the breathtaking sunsets over the hills. You can pop down for a swim or enjoy a beautiful walk along the beach at the end of the road. A taste of heaven just 50 minutes away from Wellington.
Facilities
Spacious open plan living area with quality furnishings. The Master bedroom has a King size bed, French doors onto the deck with views of the hills, valley and horses. The second bedroom has either two single beds or a Super King double bed and also enjoys French doors onto the deck. Both bedrooms boast goose down duvets and the finest Egyptian cotton sheets. There is also a sofabed in the conservatory which sleeps one.
There are two bathrooms with tiled under-floor heating, heated towel rails and hairdryer, one with a clawfoot bath, the other with a shower. Bath and beach towels are provided. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, microwave, full oven), BBQ and outdoor setting, outside bath under the stars, full laundry facilities with complimentary washing powder, CD/DVD player with surround sound and a selection of classic films, sky digital TV and open fireplace.
103 Cottage will provide you with a complimentary bottle of wine and also generous breakfast provisions for your first morning: Muesli, yoghurt, eggs, bacon, sausages and fresh bread or croissants, accompanied by juice, fresh coffee and a selection of leaf teas. Dinner is optional.

Horse Therapy Package
Equine Assisted Development is a collaborative effort between a licensed therapist and a horse professional working with clients and horses to address treatment goals. EAD uses Cognitive-Behavioural Theory (CBT) which means that clients participate in activities with the horses, and then process (or discuss) feelings, behaviours, and patterns. Suitable for couples, families, individual personal development and group therapy (of up to four people).
