and continental breakfasts are available, there is also a dry cleaning
service and guest laundry. There are charge back facilities avaliable
from most of the restaurants around New Plymouth. Parking is available
for clients in an enclosed courtyard outside each unit.

Conference
Centre
At Brougham Heights we offer Conference Facilities comprising of
the Colbe Room and the Brooking Lounge. The Colbe Room seats 40
people theatre style and 20 to 25 boardroom style. The Brooking
Lounge seats up to 10 people and is the ideal venue for that business
lunch, evening meeting or a meeting away from the office phone.
The
conference rooms are equipped with white boards, VCRs, 29"
TVs, overhead projectors, flip charts, air conditioning and double
glazed windows. A Data Projector & Screen and Sound equipment
is available for hireage. A full catering service is also offered
according to specific needs. Our conference centre being so close
to the centre of New Plymouth makes an ideal venue for many events.
Location
Brougham Heights is located in the heart of the city, just an easy
walk to down town New Plymouth. Within 200 metres there are seven
cafes and restaurants.
Pukekura
Park and our wonderful coastline are just a short walk away, so
leave your car and take a stroll to some of the unique places in
New Plymouth and for the more energetic, a walk or jog along some
of our lovely heritage riverside walkways, or along the water front.
