are self rated at four stars and have stunning coastal views of
the driftwood strewn beach. Walk just a few steps to sink your feet
into the sand while beachcombing or head upstairs to get ocean,
coastal and mountain views from the Lounge and Gym in our unique
four storey conservatory.

This award-winning, magnificently positioned à la carte restaurant
is adjacent to the Ocean View Wing. The restaurant is elevated from
the beach so you can relax and enjoy a top quality dining experience
while watching the sunset and the waves break on the beach. The
stunning scenery and top quality food and wine combine to make the
Ocean View Restaurant an experience not to be missed. Dinner is
served from 6pm and bookings are recommended. Hokitika’s spectacular
sunsets draw photographers from around the world, so be sure to
bring your camera with you.
Driftwood
Café
The Driftwood Café opens 7am - 9pm daily for breakfast, lunch
and dinner, providing the best in café fare. Eat inside or
enjoy the outdoor courtyard dining area, where you can sit and enjoy
your meal al fresco style. The café opens onto the colourful
shopping precinct of Hokitika with its many arts and craft stores.
