Directions
to Avonhead Lodge Motel
From the Northern motorway, take the bypass to the airport or South,
at the Shell service station in Belfast. This is Johns Rd. Several
km will bring you to 3 large roundabouts, the last being Memorial
Ave- Airport. Continue through until the lights at the Caltex station
and turn left onto Yaldhurst Rd. We are down on the left just before
the next set of lights. Coming from the West you will notice this
first set of lights at the Caltex station. Coming from the South
turn off in Hornby following airport signs. You will come to Caltex
station at lights as above. Turn right onto Yaldhurst Rd. From the
City continue all the way down Riccarton Rd and where it divides
take the right hand lane at Church corner. Continue another 1.2
km. We are after the 2 sets of traffic lights on the right.
