minute walk, or a short bus or taxi ride where there are hundreds
of restaurants to suit all tastes. A full cooked breakfast is served
in the dining room each morning.

Room - Both bedrooms are comfortably appointed and very spacious,
with their own ensuites. Each has a queen size bed with deluxe
bed linen. An original fireplace and a large bay window are features
of the room. There are tea and coffee making facilities, and a
television in each room. Both rooms look out on the garden with
a view of the Avon river beyond.
- The Rimu
Room - The Rimu room can accommodate a single bed along with
the queen size bed if required. An original fireplace and a large
bay window are features of the room. Both rooms have individual
heating.
