We have 2 award winning day trips, on the Coral Coast of Fiji which are all about showing you the unique aspects of Fiji - the things that visitors rarely get to experience. We combine authentic culture, nature and fun in 2 totally different day trips. Do both if you have time - because they are quite different from each other and certainly from anything else - but if you only do one tour in Fiji, make sure it’s one of these unforgettable and ‘untouristy’ tours.

The Waterfall Tour
You'll visit the home of a village chief and take part in authentic ceremonies; get an insight into the local folklore and superstitions - and hear about the days of voodoo & cannibalism.

You'll learn about traditional plant medicines on a rustic rainforest trail and you can swim with the 'gods' in the legendary waterfall. We'll show you how to husk a coconut and serve tropical fruits while you just relax and enjoy the therapeutic waters and mystical tranquility of this magnificent natural setting.

The waterfall itself is spectacular - dropping 120 feet down a rocky cliff into a picturesque swimming lagoon edged by giant ferns, wild red ginger and ancient Ivi trees with amazing root systems and hanging vines. You’ll understand how legends are born in this tropical paradise setting. This is the favourite swimming place of the legendary “Twins” of Fiji.

The Cave Tour
This is probably your best chance to experience a relaxing downstream ride on a traditional bamboo bilibili. Ours are well balanced and safe, and the warm shallow river is great for a dip!

The adventure begins in the famous Sigatoka Valley, where you'll participate in customary kava rituals before a light trek across local farmland & through native forest to visit the huge and awesome Naihehe Caves.

The cave is a natural wonder with extraordinary rock formations, a sacred pond & legendary 'pregnancy gap' leading to the great Cathedral Chamber. Airy and clean, it was once fortress to the last pagan tribes of Fiji and you'll see some awesome reminders -the priest chamber, a ritual platform and cannibal oven! We'll fill you in on the historical facts and the superstitions.

You’ll hear the fascinating history of notorious Tongan warriors who reigned supreme in this area and glimpse ancient hill fortresses of Tavuni and Matanavatu.
