The Hotel
Hotel Entrance
Upon arrival at Accolades Boutique Hotel, enter the main foyer and
be transported to another world, time and place. A magnificent 10
foot wide gallery leads to the Lounge and the views over Rotorua
ahead, while the entry to two of the accommodation wings is off
to the left.
On your right
is the Billiard room, Library and Guest Internet (broadband of course)
and the entry to the third Guest wing. The walls sport rustic prints
of NZ rural life. The promise of an exceptional Boutique stay is
evident.
The Lounge
Enter the Lounge, rich in textures and luxurious furnishings that
echo the beauty and simplicity of the Accolades Boutique Hotel.
Beyond the picture windows the Lake sparkles effervescently, and
you overlook Rotorua township and the native New Zealand bush clad
hills as far as the eye can see. Daydream in the plush furnishings
or curl up with a novel beside the blazing fire.
The Main Lounge
is huge – more than 30 metres long – and offers two distinct
living areas plus a stunning dining setting (the table is 3meters
x 1.8 metres). Doors lead out to the extensive decks outside or
you can see all that is happening through the Zeiss telescope.
A bar is discreetly
placed where Guests can enjoy some exciting NZ wines or the wide
screen TV and home theatre system can transport you to Hollywood
or the best seats at your favourite sports arena.
